She founded Becker Communications in 1986 and has guided the company throughout its growth to become one of Hawaii’s top-three PR firms, named “Small Business Company of the Year” by the Chamber Of Commerce Of Hawaii; and honored as one of Pacific Business News’ “Fastest Fifty” companies in Hawaii.

As president and partner, Caroline boasts nearly 30 years of experience in complex issue management, strategic media relations, integrated communications and stakeholder engagement in the business and non-profit sectors. She also oversees the agency’s PR, digital and marketing teams, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service as we help clients achieve their specific goals.

As President, Caroline brings to her position not only a passion for writing but also extensive experience in the field. For the last 26 years, she has worked her way up through the ranks at BCI, and today is a partner in the agency. She oversees the agency’s promotional PR team, ensuring creativity and effective results are instilled in each team member’s work. She also manages a number of client accounts, including TMT, Hawaii Crop Improvement Association, Haseko, Castle Resorts & Hotels and Aloha Petroleum, among others.
